Yair Cohen was invited to present at the Internet Law Leadership Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada, on 19 and 20 November 2015, at the Aria Resort and Casino. The summit brings together lawyers from around the world whose practices are focused on internet law, social media law, trade mark law and reputation on the internet.
Yair’s presentation covered UK defamation law and UK harassment law, strategy and practice, and went to the heart of the practicalities of the then new right to be forgotten ruling by the European Court of Justice (how those requests are made today), together with the opportunities for collaboration between American attorneys and UK lawyers on internet law matters.
